Everett G. Diederiks, Jr.

Mr. Diederiks received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1984 from Manhattan College where he was inducted into the Mechanical Engineering Honor Society. After serving as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for over four years, Mr. Diederiks became a registered patent agent and law clerk at a Washington D.C. area firm where he remained as an associate after obtaining his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University and becoming licensed to practice law in Virginia in 1992. He established a law firm bearing his name in 1996 which developed into the firm of Diederiks & Whitelaw, PLC. In 2024, Diederiks & Whitelaw merged with Jordan IP Law, LLC.
